Started playing golf at 18 months old.
- Competed at the highest level and won many tournaments as a junior
- Played golf for Marietta High. (member of Marietta High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
- Played on University of Georgia golf team.
- Turned Pro after college and went on to play in 2 United States Opens and 5 Bellsouth Classics (then called the Atlanta Classic)
- Played on the Australian PGA Tour
- Won the Georgia PGA Assistant Pro Championships 3 times.
- After my professional playing career I decided to teach for a living and have been doing so for over 35 years.
- I have given over 47,000 golf lessons and I've adopted a few different teaching styles as time has gone by. I teach the "modern" way of swinging the golf club which is very "body" oriented.
